Weekend services at The Journey involve dramas, videos, upbeat music and message notes that help people of all ages stay connected and interested. At the same time, we recognize that pre-teens love to get together with their peers to connect, have fun, and learn about issues that are unique to their age group.
The Junior High program is a bi-monthly Sunday school program for those in Grades 5-8. We use Walk With Me, a curriculum provided by Faith Alive Resources.
Currently, we have two groups running with Grades 5 & 6 in one group and Grades 7 & 8 in the other. These groups meet separately on alternate Sundays in Room #1 at Forest Heights Community Centre at 9:30 am until 10:15 am.
